brown out

Hi Luna kids!,

Sorry i was ill to see you at school. What matters is what happened on Tuesday.

At 6pm, it was brown out but we have flashlights with us. Here's the story:

We were watching tv when all of the sudden the lights went out!

Diego: What happen to the light?

Me:It's brown out !

Diego:I am calling Meralco.

Me:You can't!

Diego:Why?

Me: There is no power.

ME: Get the flashlight.
